Name Namology provides naming and consultation services based on principles and practices including, where applicable, Namology, Numerology, Astrology, Phonology and related naming methodologies.

The services are intended for informational, cultural, spiritual, advisory and personal decision-making purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

If you are purchasing a service on behalf of another person, business, organization or child, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the required information and make the purchase.

Parents or legal guardians should provide information relating to minors where required.

3. Consultation Services

Name Namology offers different consultation plans, which may include:

Basic Consultation – ₹1,000

New baby names and naming suggestions intended to identify auspicious and phonetically harmonised names based on the information provided by the customer.

Special Consultation – ₹3,000

Personal-life naming and analysis using relevant principles of Astrology, Numerology, Phonology and Namology.

Super Special Consultation – ₹5,000

Naming and alignment consultation for retail shops, local stores and small businesses.

Golden Consultation – ₹25,000

Corporate naming and planning consultation for firms, LLPs, limited companies and other corporate entities.

Platinum Consultation – ₹50,000

Premium naming and branding consultation for products, trademarks and major brands.

The exact scope of each service shall be determined by the description displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

4. Information Provided by Customers

The quality and relevance of a consultation depend substantially on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.

Depending on the service, information may include:

• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Place of birth
• Existing name
• Proposed names

• Contact information
• Other information specifically requested for the selected consultation

You are responsible for checking all information before submitting it.

5. Delivery Timelines

The applicable consultation delivery timeline shall be communicated on the relevant service page or at the time of purchase.

Indicative maximum delivery timelines for the current consultation plans are:

• Basic Consultation: up to 2 days
• Special Consultation: up to 5 days
• Super Special Consultation: up to 7 days
• Golden Planning Consultation: up to 10 days
• Platinum Planning Consultation: up to 10 days

Delivery timelines may refer to business/working days where specifically stated.

Where exceptional circumstances affect delivery, Name Namology may communicate the revised expected timeline to the customer.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Name Namology does not guarantee that a particular name, consultation, recommendation, analysis or naming methodology will produce any specific personal, financial, professional, commercial, medical, emotional or other outcome.

Naming and related consultations are advisory in nature.

Customers remain solely responsible for their decisions and the use of any name or recommendation supplied by Name Namology.

7. Medical, Legal and Financial Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, business or other regulated professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional whenever such advice is required.

Name Namology does not make medical, legal, financial or investment guarantees through its naming or consultation services.

8. Name Availability and Legal Registration

A name recommendation does not automatically mean that the name is:

• Available for registration
• Available as a trademark
• Available as a company or LLP name
• Available as a domain name
• Available on social-media platforms
• Free from third-party rights
• Legally permissible for a particular business or product

Customers should independently conduct appropriate trademark, company-name, domain and other legal availability checks before adopting a recommended name.

9. Payments

Payments for services available on the Website may be processed through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay or other payment providers made available by Name Namology.

Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information.

Name Namology does not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials unless expressly stated otherwise in its Privacy Policy.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Website.
